1. Can I park at the hotel and what are the restrictions?
The hotel offers 175 parking spaces. There is a small charge (£8.00 per night) for hotel residents and hourly rates for non residents. Weekly and fortnightly park and fly packages are available and during busy periods, your car may be allocated to the mid stay car park.
2. How far is the hotel from the airport?
The hotel is within the airport perimeter and approximately 5 minutes from the terminal by shuttle bus which charges £2 per person each way.
3. Are there family rooms available?
Yes, many rooms are equipped with a double bed and sofa bed. Cots are also available on request; please contact the hotel before your arrival to confirm your requirements.
4. Does the hotel offer interconnecting rooms?
Yes, the hotel has interconnecting rooms. These are subject to availability at the time of booking.
5. Does the hotel cater for disabled guests?
Yes, the hotel offers 13 rooms which are wheelchair accessible, subject to availability at the time of booking.
6. Are there smoking rooms?
Yes, we have a limited number of smoking rooms available.
7. What is the cancellation policy?
Guests have the right to cancel up until 4pm on the day of arrival. For no shows and non-cancellations a charge will still apply. For guests purchasing the advance purchase rate, this is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
8. Can I check in Early? Can I check out late?
Standard check in is from 2.00pm and check out is by 11.00 am. For those wishing to check in early or check out late, this is available at a small charge.
9. What are the opening times of the restaurant?
The restaurant is open from 6am to 10am for Breakfast. The lounge area offers lunch and light snacks from 12noon. The restaurant for dinner from 6pm to 10pm.
10. Is there a good choice of children’s food?
The hotel restaurant offers a varied selection of tasty children’s food.
11. Are pets allowed in the hotel?
No, Guide dogs are allowed at the General Managers discretion.
12. Does the hotel offer internet access?
There is free wi fi in the lounge area and all bedrooms are equipped with internet access (chargable).
